TNS listener failed to start with 12546 , 12560 , 00516 & Solaris Error: 13: Permission denied errors

while starting the database listener, listener is failed with errors.

cause:
.oracle read, write permissions are changed
solution
cd /var/tmp
chmod 777 .oracle
now the issue is resolved & listener stared .
